With Australia Day just around the corner the Butchery has been busy creating some new and absolutely delicious lamb dishes for you to try.

They have some new Lamb, Roast Pumpkin, Feta and Shallot sausages and some Frenched Crumbed Lamb Cutlets (with a new golden crumb) plus some lamb burgers (not photographed here as they sold very fast) more being made.

The Butchery is open all week-end so we look forward to seeing you.
